Free trade training available for Alaskans

ALASKA (Your Alaska Link) - Monday was the first day of free hands-on training is being offered for plumbing, pipe fitting, and welding.

The training, offered by Alaska Works Partnership, is being held from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day this week

The 40-hour training includes skills and knowledge of pipes, tubing, fittings, and pipe trade techniques.
